The last Kendal Mayor John Willshaw chose the Kendal Lads & Girls Club as his charity of the year. Through a wide range of fund raising events including coffee mornings, a mayors dinner, community events, the charity raised and donated £3,000 towards the refurbishment of the sports hall at the Lads & Girls Club.   The committee, young people and groups who use the youth centre on a regular basis are extremely grateful for this donation and John’s sponsorship of our work.
