The group meet at the youth centre 3 nights a week Monday 7 – 8pm aimed mainly at the younger age group, Wednesday 7 – 8pm the older age group and Friday 7 – 8pm for fitness training.

The Friends Cub meets on a Wednesday 3.30 - 6.30 pm.
The Friends Club offer a safe and welcoming place for adults with learning disabilities to come together for friendship and a support network. This is an opportunity to meet old friends, make new friends, regain confidence, be less isolated and be involved in a wider community.

The Home Educated Group offer home educated young people and families the opportunity to meet with friends for fun activities and sports.

the LIFESTEPS Group . Meet weekly on a Monday 10am - 2pm to make and share a lunch time meal.
The members who are young adults aged 18 – 30 years with additional needs also have the opportunity to try different crafts, baking, games and sports, and work together to organise social events.
